Back in the saddle againI think life might be settling down a bit. The new job is evening out, I moved back to the Big City (and cut my commute from two hours to ten minutes, woo!), and it’s time to start blogging again. I’ve been reading like a fiend, too, so I’ll have lots of material for reviews and chatter around here.

In other news, there is a Barnes and Noble about a mile from my new apartment. OH, THE TEMPTATION! Unfortunately they didn’t have Fables: Volume 3, but still. Books! There’s also apparently a Half-Price Books about five miles away. I will have to investigate this store. Cheap used books? Always a good thing.

Upcoming Reviews on The Discriminating Fangirl:

  • Harry Potter & the Deathly Hallows by J.K. Rowling
  • Fables Volumes 4 and 5
  • The Dancing Girl of Izu by Yasunari Kawabata
  • Harry Potter & the Order of the Phoenix (the film, not the book)
  • and FINALLY, my Caribbean cruise recap, complete with a ridiculous number of photographs!

Curious about what else is on my to-read list? Check out my GoodReads page!
