John from Grasping for the Wind is updating his blogroll of Fantasy and SciFi reviewers and is asking for help. This is what he has to say:

My list of fantasy and sf book reviewers is woefully out of date. I need your help to fix that. But rather than go through the hassle of having you send me recommendations or sticking them in comments, what you can do is take the following list and stick it on your website, then add yourself to the list, preferably in alphabetical order. That way, I will be able to track it across the web from back links, and can add each new blog to my roll as it comes along. So take this list, add it to your blog, and add a link to your blog on it. If you are already on the list, repost this meme at your blog so others can see it, and find new blogs from the links others put up on their blogs. Everybody wins! Be sure to send the list around to others as well. There is an easy to copy window of all the links and text at the bottom of this post to make it even simpler to do.

I would be ever so grateful if you would help me out.

I’ll have book reviews soon! The semester is finally over (woo!), and I picked up a few new books yesterday. I’m currently reading Gena Showalter’s The Darkest Night, and I’m really hoping for some nummy paranormal smut, heh. What can I say? Now that I don’t have to read mind-numbing film theory essays, I’m going for the good stuff!

Today, however, I will be going to Six Flags Over Texas and riding rollercoasters to my heart’s content. And hopefully not losing my voice again from all the screaming, heh.

TDF Pamela

The Discriminating Fangirl, who is more likely to answer to Pamela if you shout it at her, is the proud owner of an MA in English, focusing on children's/young adult literature and popular culture. She's now not using that degree to work as a project manager for a mobile app company. She reads voraciously, loves geeky movies and tv shows, reads comic books as long as she's not pissed off at Marvel, and when she's procrastinating, she enjoys playing video games. She can be contacted at t.d.fangirl @ gmail.com and followed on Twitter @tdfangirl.

For those of you using Blogger and Google reader I this is what I did:

    Imported folder into google reader.

Imported folder into “Blogs I am Following”

(Use Import from Google subscriptions, select the entire folder of blogs
you just imported. This will not overwrite your existing “followed”
    blogs, just add to them.)

Created a blog roll using the “blogs you are following” option

Note: You may end up with duplicates, when I did I went with the new
version and deleted the old. You might want to remove your own
blog/blogs from the list. Also, the feed does not have to be a blogger
blog, or even a blog, you can “follow” any site that has a feed. Only
difference is the ones using the blogger platform will get a new icon in
their “followers” widget, if they use one. You may see funny little red
Xs, just ignore them, the feed will still work just fine.
