Woo hoo! My blog has a new home: http://www.thediscriminatingfangirl.com!

If you’ve subscribed through Feedburner, your subscription should automatically update, but if for some reason it hasn’t, you can click here to re-subscribe. If you’ve linked to TDF, please take a moment to update your link! The old URL will stay active with a redirect page, so you’ll still be able to get to the Fangirl’s new digs, but the new URL is so much spiffier. ;)

There might be some minor downtime over the next day or so. I’m thinking about changing layouts, and I don’t want to subject you all to a bunch of screwy layout problems while I’m fiddling.

..

In non-move news, I’m still working my way through Anya Bast’s The Chosen Sin. I really want to finish this book, but it’s just not sucking me in and forcing me to read like a maniac. [sigh] Perhaps part of the problem is that I’m 80 pages in and the plot is just now starting to pick up. Hopefully I’ll get into the story now that things are happening.

And in good news, I won an ARC of Ann Aguirre’s new book, Blue Diablo! Rock on! I probably won’t get the copy for a while, but I’m very excited about reading and reviewing it. I’ve also got an even bigger bit of Ann Aguirre news, but I’m going to sit on it for a while. Because I’m evil that way. ;)

The Discriminating Fangirl, who is more likely to answer to Pamela if you shout it at her, is the proud owner of an MA in English, focusing on children's/young adult literature and popular culture. She's now not using that degree to work as a project manager for a mobile app company. She reads voraciously, loves geeky movies and tv shows, reads comic books as long as she's not pissed off at Marvel, and when she's procrastinating, she enjoys playing video games.
