FYI, folks, Carrie Vaughn is going to do an interview on Hatchette Book Group Radio tomorrow, February 6, at 1:30 p.m. Central! You can get more info here.

Thea over at The Book Smugglers tagged me to do this awesome meme, and blast if I haven’t had any time to work on it. I’m shaking my fist at school and work obligations right now. I’m going to start working on it tonight, though, after I polish up a paper for a conference I’m presenting at tomorrow. Reason #58472 why I love academia: I’m presenting a paper on how the Holocaust was used in regards to Magneto in the first X-Men film. I get to be a semi-professional geek. omg. ♥

I am so jealous/in awe of your awesome semi-professional geekism!!! Have you been reading the Magneto Testament miniseries? All about the Holocaust and Magneto as a child…very bleak, but very very well written. And the art’s not too bad either ;)

Cannot wait to see your top 10 couples!

I haven’t had a chance to read that yet, though I’ve seen the covers. The only comic I’ve been buying recently is Hellboy, but I’ll definitely have to check out the Magneto series. I’ve been interested in X-Men Noir, too; have you been reading that?
