Today, whenever you visit The Discriminating Fangirl, you’ll see a pop up message about the SOPA/PIPA Strike. We here at TDF are absolutely opposed to both of these bills.
You can read more about the strike here, and if you are also opposed to the bills’ draconian methods and are a US resident, please contact your senators and representatives to express your opposition. If you live outside the US, SOPA/PIPA could still affect you and your websites, as it grants the US jurisdiction over foreign-hosted sites that it shouldn’t have jurisdiction over. You can contact the U.S. State Department to protest.
