TDF Pamela says 'Live Long and Prosper!'

FYI! The editor, TDF Pamela, is currently nomadic! In other words, she's in the process of moving cross-country, and therefore her address has changed and probably will change a couple more times in the next few months.

If you would like to send a review copy, please email her first to make sure you have the most up to date address.

Thanks!

Review Policy

We here at The Discriminating Fangirl are more than happy to receive books for review! Please send an email to TDF Pamela if you have a book (or books) that you’d like someone at TDF to review. We cannot guarantee a positive review, but we will post honest reviews.

Let me reiterate that. We do not guarantee positive reviews. We believe in being honest, and if being honest means writing a negative review, that’s what we will do. If you do not want to run the risk of receiving a negative review, then please do not send us a review copy.

Due to time constraints, we cannot accept every request for a review, nor can we guarantee reviews for unsolicited review copies. We will try our best to read and review as much as we possibly can, though.

Genres often read at TDF:

  • speculative fiction

    • urban fantasy
    • paranormal romance
    • science fiction
    • fantasy
    • horror
    • etc
  • graphic novels/comic book collections
  • YA/adolescent literature
  • romance
  • nonfiction dealing with geek culture

These are just guidelines, however, and we will read other genres. :)

Readers, please note that some of the reviews here at TDF are of books that we received for free from publishers or authors. As stated above, all of our reviews are honest, and the fact that we received a free copy does not mean that we give undeserved praise to these books.
