We here at The Discriminating Fangirl are more than happy to receive books for review! Due to time constraints, we cannot guarantee a review for every book we receive, but we will try our best. We also cannot guarantee a positive review, but we will post honest reviews.

Let me reiterate that. We do not guarantee positive reviews. We believe in being honest, and if being honest means writing a negative review, that’s what we will do. If you do not want to run the risk of receiving a negative review, then please do not send us a review copy.

    Hi, Pamela -

Rachel Schnitzius Rouse suggested I send you a copy of my novel, “Ivey and the Airship”, for review. My daughter is familiar with your site and heartily agreed. This book is the first in a series called “Aether’s Edge” It’s a YA Sci-Fi/Fantasy with a dash of Steampunk and a message of empowerment for young women.

I had planned to release on Amazon 3/1/12, but somehow the book (much like its title character) wasn’t content to sit back and wait. As of today it’s out on Amazon, barnesandnoble.com, and international buyers can order books through AbeBooks.com. We already have a fan club in Australia, so things are off to a wonderful start!

I’ll put a book in the mail for you today, and if you’d like a copy of the press release I’d be happy to send it to you.
