Are you interested in contributing to The Discriminating Fangirl? We welcome guest blog posts and reviews! Please read the guidelines below for more information.
General Guidelines:
- Reviews should be approximately 500-750 words in length. Feature blog posts should be 350-550 words in length. We are flexible on the length limits, so if you have a review/post that is longer, please note that in your query.
- Reviews/posts should be written in clear, grammatically-correct English. All guest reviews/posts will be edited for grammar, spelling, and typographical errors before they will be posted.
- Reviews should focus on the content of the book/film/etc. being reviewed and should not contain any personal attacks against the writer or creator. We accept negative reviews, even snarky reviews, but we will not accept reviews that make ad hominem attacks.
- The TDF editor reserves the right to reject any query for any reason. However, if your query is rejected, please feel free to retool it and resubmit.

The most important thing to remember is that we’re looking for interesting content.
