Today's Man Candy: Mark Valley

What’s not to love about Mark Valley? Those stunning blue eyes! The rugged good looks! The sterling war record! You didn’t know about that? That’s right, before he turned to acting, Mark graduated from West Point and served during Operation Desert Storm. Lucky for us, he’s now a full-time actor and has steadily been increasing his genre profile with roles in the first season of Fringe and now Human Target (Wednesdays on Fox!), based on the DC comic of the same name.

As Christopher Chance in "Human Target"

As Christopher Chance in "Human Target"

But I'll always remember him as Eddie Arlette in Fox's short-lived "Keen Eddie"

WereGeek is reading 5-7 books at any given time, not including comics. These can range from alternative universe fiction to historical fact and from theoretical physics to Uncle John’s Bathroom Reader. You can argue with her all you want, but Dirk Benedict will always be her Starbuck. Her ringtone is the theme from Airwolf and she believes that there's nothing that can't be improved by the judicious application of werewolves. Or bacon. Or werewolves with bacon. I loved Keen Eddie!! I hated it when they canceled it. :(

Keen Eddie was SO much fun! I loved everything about it: Eddie’s matchbook map, the UST with his roommate, pervy Monty Pippin, “Miss Moneypenny” and her (possibly) unintended sexual innuendos, Alexei Sayle and, of course, Pete the Dog! (Though the less said about his inter-species proclivities, the better. ;) ) I really couldn’t see how it could have been canceled, but it got the usual Fox bait and switch and never found an audience. Not that Fox has ever purposely sabotaged their own shows before…

  • penny is really cute in The Big Bang Theory, great comedy tv series too*.~
