No, I’m not procrastinating. [shifty eyes] I’m trying to get back in the habit of taking photographs often, so yesterday, I played around with my camera and some décor in my living room. Comments and con-crit are welcome. :) Buddha’s Face Buddha 1 Buddha 2 Tulip Bulbs Wil Wheaton tweeted this earlier today, and this is one of the coolest things I’ve seen in a while. 24 Ghost Towns and Abandoned Cities The photography is amazing, capturing the desolation of these places perfectly. The image of Oradour, France, is particularly haunting, especially after reading the caption. I’m definitely going to have to travel to some of these places and try out my new camera. Speaking of which, I need to start uploading some of my new photos to my flickr account. I fiddled around and took some photos of our houseplants and the pumpkin on the front steps last night, and OH MAN I AM IN LOVE WITH THIS CAMERA. I just wish I’d had it when I made that trip to San Francisco in September. Guess I’ll just have to go there again. For photography. Heh. |
TDF uses a star-based rating system, using full stars and half stars for the books that fit in between the following rating categories:
DNF (no stars) - did not finish  - didn't like it
- it was okay, but not good
- it was good
- I loved it
- amazing!
